Tacoma Faith's Three Year Bible Reading Plan
Why a three year plan?
Other plans take you through the Bible in one year, but there are good reasons to go at a slower pace. First, it’s not a race but a marathon. You’re not in a hurry. Reading smaller chunks will give you time to reflect on what you have read. Second, Pastor Dan recommends that on average ever believer daily reads:
1 page from a Daily Devotional.
1 chapter from another good Christian book.
1 chapter from the Bible.
Recommended Devotionals in reading order:
First year: Destined to Reign Devotional, by Jospeh Prince.
Second year: Faith Food Devotions, by Kenneth E. Hagin.
Third year: Limitless Love, by Kenneth Copeland.
Regarding Christian books, Pastor Dan recommends that every believer enrolls in Tacoma Faith Three Year Bible School. That way you get to truly digest and discuss your faith with other believers and a pastor/teacher. That being said, here are a couple of recommended books to start off with, if you are not quite ready to enroll in the Bible School or if the Bible School doesn’t begin for another few months.
